Really unexpected and great win. Just hope that Saturday's game will go ahead with the rain that's forecast.

Dilly, don’t have a listen to the Brackley Managers comments from last night.   It would upset you.   According to him.  Lynn did a job on his team, set up tough to beat and feeding off scraps.

Different ways to win a game.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Excellent performance last night. A fairly even first half with Brackley probably having slightly more of the ball and limiting them to a few shots outside the box which were always off target. They only really looked dangerous when Lynn went 1-0 up and they eventually got their equaliser and I suppose many would've called for full time there and then and take a valuable point at a difficult place like Brackley.

Second half we really took the match to Brackley and started offering a bit more going forward and it was great to see McFadden (who was my MOTM personally) get his first goal for the club. I thought we took control of the match after that point as Brackley seemed to huff and puff by this point, and again we limited them to a few chances from outside the box which again went off target. The assistant manager's free kick was brilliantly taken to send the, 100 strong I'd say, travelling support into raptures. We saw the match out with ease and gained a valuable three points.

I don't want to say too much but on last night's showing I think we have genuinely turned a corner. Looking forward to Saturday against Farsley (haven't said that many times this season!) and hopefully a good crowd - be nice to get a 1,000  :scarf:

Have to think the strengthening of the squad is directly linked to ‘Joe’ having backed the Club.  Last nights result is all down to the new money beginning to bare fruit.

Yes. It looks as if Joe is going to reap the rewards of his investment.

Mall - of course a team can win the odd game like that….  but they’ll be doing it in a relegation battle!….
