Just seen the pictures of the pitch.
Credit due to someone. Looks superb when considering the amount of rain we have had, and when you look at how wet, with standing water, some other parts of the Walks still are.
Lots of farm land outside of town still under water as well, and the dykes are full. That makes the work done on the pitch to make it look like it does even more impressive.
