Saturday is critical

An interesting round of fixtures on Saturday which leaves no room for error after Monday's debacle.

Blyth v Rushall
Darlington v Southport
Farsley v Peterborough Sports

Defeat and potentially Lynn could find themselves just 1 point above the relegation zone depending how the above fixtures pan out.

Banbury look almost certainly doomed for the drop after losing 2-1 at home to a nine man Hereford team tonight.

As Squire has said, this Saturday is critical but when you look at away fixtures where you should pick up all three points, I think it's fair to say this is one of them.

When we play Banbury on Saturday it will be their 3rd game in 6 days.  Beaten last night.  Easter Monday a 3-1 defeat at the League’s basement team, Bishop Stortford.  They really have nothing to play for.

After our 2nd half performance on Monday got to think AL will demand and expect nothing more than an away win.  Then we really are on the beach for the summer.

Hope you are correct and we don’t go out to play over confident because of their form and then get beat      :scarf:

After that 2nd half Saturday can you imagine AL sending them out anything less than 100% to perform.?

I hope so,because all the kudos achieved over the previous games went away in the second half of the last game.

Think AL has enough in the bank to ride out a poor 45 mins.  Banbury must be on the floor after getting beat a Stortford and then getting beat at home against 9 men Hereford.
