With drastic work being carried out on the pitch ( think it was Paul on here who suggested this) and with a summer recruitment by Lakeland then there seems no reason why we shouldn’t expect a more ‘attractive’ brand of Football.

If SC still has his ambition of EFL football then we need to have a budget toward to the upper end of this league.   With Joe’s money, a decent surface and AL first full season then the expectation levels should be set at ‘very high’   Just need the stars to align

Season after season we are promised a better playing surface, we have seen work undertaken, but season after season it is still no better .
We are playing at this level for a reason, our club ploughed money we really didn’t have, into a dream of National league football . In all reality we are nowhere near at a level to be competitive with the teams in the league above us, most have far more support, a lot better ground, a much better match day experience, far superior commercial nouse, better fan involvement to mention just a few issues. I really hope AL gets his wish of sorting the club out from top to bottom, but previous managers have also spoken of these issues and we all know they don’t survive.
