Another team bites the dust that’s 4 with last seasons losses. The powers that be need to realise that if financial help is not fed into non league football more teams will fold. We were lucky last season. One help to reduce costs would be a reorganisation ofthe league structures to cut down travelling and associated costs.
Sad day.
Yet another Sole benefactor Club bites the dust, although to his credit, he's been involved for a long time.
As well as finances, mentions not being happy with his local Council (although also hints that some parts of the Council are not happy with him
)
Now approaching 70 years of age. Fair enough, I know how that feels
, but surely he should have put something in place for when he was ready to step down, so he could hand the reigns over and the Club would be in a position to continue.
No exit strategy? Why?
