THE Linnets suffered their worst defeat for nearly two years on Tuesday night at the Grove, their seven match unbeaten run ended with a disappointing performance.
They were level with a 49th minute Danny Bloomfield header (his 49th league strike for the club).
The last time Lynn conceded four was at Banbury in January 2006. It leaves them third in the table.
The Yeltz took the lead in the 43rd minute when Warren conceded a penalty, holding back Nick Amos, and Shane Paul converted.
In the 62nd minute Lee Williams out-paced the defence to slot home. Wright got his second in the 70th minute.
In the 90th minute McDonald put a direct free-kick into the top corner from 25 yards.
