LINNETS stretched their unbeaten run to seven matches by cruising to their biggest away win of the season - but had to endure a half-time ticking off from manager Tony Spearing before doing so.
It virtually ensures Premier Division football at The Walks next season.
Spearing was furious with his players' first-half performance after Lynn gained an amazing two-goal advantage going into the break.
The relegation-threatened hosts dominated the first 44 minutes and should have put the game well beyond the visitors' reach, but two goals in the space of one extraordinary minute turned the game firmly in Lynn's favour.
Spearing said: "I didn't recognise our team in the first 45 minutes and in all fairness Halesowen were extremely unlucky to go in behind.
"To be honest I was pleased to still be in the game, let alone 2-0 in front," he admitted.
"There were a few chosen words and heated discussions at the break and I may have lost some friends but sometimes you have to hurt people to get the best out of them.
"It wasn't a case of one or two players not producing the goods but five or six of them:"
With Spearing's half-time roasting still ringing in their ears, Lynn's second-half display improved considerably.
They went on to complete a miserable home bow for new Halesowen boss Brendan Phillips by adding a further two goals to leave the Midlands club rock-bottom of the Premier Division.
"It was the King's Lynn we all know in the second half and we deserved our two goals;" said Spearing. "We moved up three to four gears and dictated the play.
"In the end, it was a great result, it keeps our run going and I feel it secures our place in the league for next season." Halesowen ran Lynn ragged in the opening exchanges and could have taken the lead within the first 30 seconds.

New signing and former QPR striker Dennis Bailey the last visiting player to score a hat-trick at Manchester United played in Les Hines, whose crisp shot struck the post with Chuck Martini well beaten.
The hosts then wasted a further four chances in front of goal with Richard Crisp (twice), Carl Tranter and James Collins all missing efforts when well placed.
Lynn only had a weak shot from Lyndon Rowland to show for their troubles, but with a minute of the first half remaining Adie Hayes whipped in a corner from the right and Dave Robinson chested the ball down before drilling it home.
Seconds after gaining the lead, Simon Bush spotted Halesowen keeper Andy Quy off his line and a brilliant chip from the far touch-line agonisingly drifted over the bar.
If falling behind was hard enough to digest, then things got progressively worse for Halesowen when Rowland rubbed salt in their wounds by netting against his former club in first-half stoppage time.
A long-ball out of defence found the striker with both time and space in the box and Rowland made no mistake with the finish to net his first league goal since Boxing Day.
The expected Halesowen pressure didn't materialise after the break and 18 minutes into the half Lynn scored their third, and by far the best goal of the afternoon, when Adie Hayes thumped home a 30-yard pile-driver which whistled into the top right-hand side of Quy's net.
Eight minutes from time, Martini ensured that his side kept their second consecutive clean sheet when he brilliantly turned Bailey's effort round the left of his post.
On the stroke of full-time, Hayes was the architect of Lynn's fourth goal when his cross found the accelerating Lee Gibson in the six-yard box, and after firing his initial shot at Kristian Jones, the midfielder made no mistake second time round to open his league account for the season.
