Rowe terrorised the Tamworth defence throughout the afternoon.
He was on hand to stab home substitute Lee Hudson's knockdown after former manager Gary Mills and his Tamworth side had threatened to take the points.
After seeing Rowe save his side with his second goal in as many games, player-coach Tommy Wright said: "I'm delighted for Zeke as his overall game has been very good.
"It was starting to play on his mind a little because he wasn't putting the ball in the net but we told him to keep plugging away and he has got his reward."
Wright felt Lynn deserved their late point, even though his side had to endure a few anxious moments in the second-half.
"I was delighted with the way we played and felt it would have been a travesty if we had lost.
"We knew Tamworth were a good, well organised side, but I felt we matched them in most areas on the pitch.
"The team has come on leaps and bounds in the last few weeks and we are trying to play the game in the right way."
As well as Mills appearance, the crowd was swelled by the first Kids For a Quid game, backed by McDonald s and the Lynn News.
Rowe's late leveller made amends for an earlier miss, which should have put the Linnets in front.
The frontman only had the Lambs' keeper Darren Acton to beat in the 65th minute, but directed his chip over the bar when it would have been easier to score.
Tamworth, who fielded former Lynn players Mark Turner and Lee Wilson, as well as Mills, took the lead in the 75th minute when Rob Warner sprinted down the right before crossing for Mark Hallam to head home.
Turner was the most impressive of the former Lynn players on show, looking a threat whenever Tamworth ventured into the Linnets' penalty area.
The biggest cheer of the afternoon came when Mills limped off the field in the 37th minute, while Wilson rarely had a sniff on goal.
Lynn were largely in control of the opening period, but once again their inability in front of goal was evident.
Kevin White, who also shone with Rowe, looked the most likely to score. Twice in the opening half-hour he came close to breaching a stubborn Tamworth defence.
In the seventh minute he linked up with Kristian Jones but shot straight into the arms of Acton and 19 minutes later his goalbound effort deflected off the boot of Turner and went out for a corner.
Tamworth s best chance came seven minutes before the break when Wilson found space in the box only to see his drilled shot well saved by the legs of Steve Wilson.
The Staffordshire side were more of a threat after the interval, but until their goal Glen Fuff and home debutant Roger Joseph had been in control at the back for Lynn.
