Chasetown 0 King's Lynn 1
19th March 2013

King's Lynn Town tightened their hold on second spot last night with a crucial three points at in-form Chastetown.
A stunning first-half strike from Dan Jacob extended Lynn's run to 13 matches as title rivals Stamford faultered with a 3-0 away defeat at Leek Town.
Gary Setchell's side are now six points clear of the Daniels, with a game in hand, and just seven points behind long-time leaders Coalville.
Jacobs sublime finish in the fourth minute was worth the admission money on its own in a breathtaking first half.
The Linnets were forced to dig deep in the second period, with goalkeeper Danny Gay making a number of fine saves, as The Walks outfit ended Chasetowns six-game winning streak.
