Two words are on every Linnets' fans lips at the moment - Mark Paul.
And his short, exciting spell with the club has got other people talking as well. Spotted at Saturday's game was West Ham assistant manager Frank Lampard while five other clubs reportedly had scouts at the match.
Paul's amazing pace and neat skills have certainly caused a buzz as Lynn have watched their promotion chances fade away.
And manager Peter Morris knows the striker is destined for greater things. "He's got as much potential as any 19-year old I have ever seen. He's got the chance to go further if he keeps his head down and works.
"He's causing quite a stir but it could send his head the wrong way and we don't want it. He's only a baby and his fitness is nowhere near the level it should be.
"He's impressive and is a learner. And he's got something you can't put into people - that's pace and touch."
Paul played a part in all three goals against a poor Salisbury outfit. The first came on 12 minutes when Kevin Braybrook tugged back Paul in the penalty box and Steve Williams confidently struck home.

Dave Bright planted a header wide when be should have done better in Salisbury's best effort of the first half.
Lynn came out after the break with a new man in goal, Duncan Roberts, who got a kick on his ankle, was replaced by James Hollman.
Two minutes into the half and Paul had created Lynn's second goal. He fed through a lovely ball to Lee Hudson, who cut inside a defender before poking in a low shot.
Hollman was called upon to keep out Robbie Harbut. The Salisbury man caught Steve Riches asleep and was one-on-one with Hollman but hit his first shot straight at the and the rebound into the side-netting.
Williams headed Lee Norfolk's free kick wide before Norfolk smashed home an excellent third goal.
Paul cut the ball back to Williams. He got the ball caught under his feet before Norfolk took over and crashed an 18-yard drive off the bar.
On the stroke of full-time, Jason Pascoe had to leave the field with a broken nose after a clash with substitute Kevin Bush. Colin Hoyle was taken off before the end with a twisted ankle and Leo Cotterell is expected to be out for about a month with his ankle injury.
Brett McNamara was only a sub for the game and Morris said: "Brett needs a rest. He needs a spark and may have to play in a different position for the rest of the season."
