Bromley completed the double over Lynn who failed to get a shot on target until the 88th minute, and that was a free kick from substitute Dayle Southwell which went straight to home keeper Mark Cousins.
The early play belonged to the home team but their shots were either blocked or off target.
Lynn grew into the came but Michael Gash was lacking support up front. Alex Kiwomya's runs showed signs of hope and his cross won Lynn's first corner on 19 minutes.
There then followed a short siege by the Ravens with Lynn putting their bodies in the way to keep the danger out.
Both sides had periods of possession with neither keeper being particularly troubled.
But five minutes before half time the deadlock was broken.
Jack Bridge fed the ball out to the Bromley right and Joe Kizzi's cross was turned into the goal by last month's signing Courtney Duffus for his first goal for the club - but not against Lynn as he scored at The Walks for Yeovil in the first game of the season.
The Ravens bossed the opening stages of the second half but had to wait until the 61st minute to get a shot on target when the division's leading scorer Michael Cheek saw his shot saved by Alex Mair.
It wasn't long, however, before Bromley doubled their lead with Liam Trotter winning possession and surging forward before feeding Duffus to score his second.
Mair was on hand to save with his feet to deny Trotter getting Bromley's third and although Lynn tried to get a consolation goal it wasn't to be and never looked likely.
