Goals from two set pieces and a simple defensive error presented Lynn with a straight forward victory over Kidderminster Harriers - their fourth successive defeat.

Lynn made two changes to the team that drew 3-3 at Scarborough Athletic with Josh Coulson and Josh Barrett returning to the starting line-up at the expense of Ben Stephens and Kyle Callan-McFadden who dropped to the bench.

The majority of the first half was without incident. Lynn with the bulk of possession but Harriers worked hard off the ball to frustrate the home side.
Cameron Hargreaves had an early shot deflected behind for a corner which Josh Barrett was punched clear by Harriers goalkeeper Tom Palmer.

Barrett forced twisted and turned to find a yard of space before forcing Palmer into a comfortable stop and on 34 an Aaron Jones shot was turned behind for a corner by Palmer.

The visitors best chance of the first half when Tom Owen-Evans and Caleb Richards combined to set up Ethan Freemantle who failed to get good contact on the ball and put it wide. A minute later Gold Omotayo came close to breaching the Harriers' defence with a header from a Tyler Denton cross which hit the upright and was scrambled behind for a corner.
It was from that resulting Michael Clunan kick that saw Lynn take lead as Coulson headed home on the stroke of half time.

It was another corner that provided the source of Lynn's second goal in the 54th minute as Theo Widdrington headed home a Clunan delivery from the right.

The scoring was completed by Gold Omotayo who intercepted a throw-in and finished with a curling effort after a driving run down the left.
