Ravens' striker Michael Cheek ended his mini goal famine with two goals against a Linnets side that raised their game against their high riding opponents but defensive frailties let them down.
Lynn were without injured duo Kyle Callan-McFadden and recent signing Baris Altintop but had midweek signing Arthur Iontton on the bench and had Luis Fernandez back from injury.
The home side got off to a bright start winning two free kicks and a corner but it was the visitors that took the lead with their first attack.
On loan midfielder Jayden Davis cut in along the left bye-line and lifted the ball over the head of Mark Cousins and into the roof of the net from a tight angle.
Further chances fell to Lynn with Gold Omotayo headed a Michael Clunan free kick over and Clunan then testing Cousins with a shot.
Bromley rallied towards the end of the half with a Louis Dennis shot from distance going wide but in the 44th minute the creative skills of Luke Coulson saw his cross find Michael Cheek, who headed home to equalise.
Within five minutes of the restart Lynn were back in front through a Ross Barrows shot from some 25 yards. Shortly afterward Barrows joined the list of injured after colliding with substitute James Alabi.
It was Alibi that levelled the scores, picking up the rebound after Paul Jones had saved Omar Sowunmi's initial shot.
Bromley went looking for a winner, Harry Forster and Coulson going close and Cheek even closer with an effort coming off the post.
It was another rebound that provided Bromley with the winner on 71 minutes. A Chris Bush shot was parried by Jones only for the ball to fall to Cheek to score from close range.
The home side then managed the game out with Lynn trying to find an equaliser, their best efforts being a Iontton shot from distance that went wide and a Munshae Sunbdire shot that was saved,
