Having managed just the one point from their last four visits to the Oval, Lynn easily picked up all three points against a side that look doomed to relegation with a polished professional performance.
The home side had the first chance on two minutes with Alex Troke forcing Alex Street into an early save pushing the ball onto the upright and behind.
It took the lead with their first meaningful attack on ten minutes Jordan Richards’ collected the ball on the edge of the area and his shot from 18-yards strike took a deflection which fell kindly for Adam Marriott to score from ten yards.
Further chances fell to Lynn with Ryan Jarvis trying his luck from distance, his shot deflecting inches over the bar and on 29 minutes Chris Henderson had an even better chance when he miskicked from eight yards following a pass from Michael Clunan.
Henderson did not have to wait long to add his name to the score sheet with a stylish finish on 41 minutes after Michael Gash had won the ball.
Home 'keeper James Fogg did well to deny Marriott a second goal soon after the restart as the home side started to rally but failed to make any impact on the Lynn defence.
Substitute Ryan Hawkins made sure of the points in the 74th minute when he latched on to Street's long clearance to produce a smart angled drive that beat Fogg.
A flurry of late half chances for the home side failed to produce a consolation with Troke having their best opportunity of the day but he shot well over from 14 yards.
Lynn: Street, Jones, Blake-Tracy, Jarvis, Fryatt, Robinson, Clunan (Parker 66), Richards (Mellors-Blair 77), Gash (Hawkins 61), Marriott, Henderson. Subs: Hawkins, Mellors-Blair, Parker, McAuley, Bastock. Scorers: Marriott 10, Henderson 41, Hawkins 74.
