Lynn gained their first home win in the National League's top flight thanks to two goals in the final six minutes from Jama Loza
Manager Ian Culverhouse made two changes to the starting line-up with Rory McAuley, back from suspension, and Cameron King coming into to replace of Chris Smith and the injured Ryan Jarvis.
There was little to choose between the teams in the early exchanges with the visitors perhaps getting the better chances.
Ross Barrows was on hand to head clear the danger from an early free kick whilst Ferdinand’s header was straight at Archie Mair.
Then Saul Shotton saw his effort blocked by Jordan Richards just inside the box.
Lynn were trying to establish themselves without giving the Cards defence any serious concerns and Mair was forced into action to palm away a Matt Jarvis centre which fell into the path of Charlie Cooper who shot high.
Lynn's first clear opening on 27 minutes produced a goal from Adam Marriott, volleying home Michael Clunan's corner from ten yards.
Visiting keeper Craig Ross then did well to push away a Marriott free kick which had taken a deflection.
Woking equalised five minutes before the interval when Jarvis' cross found Kane Ferdinand who headed over the stranded Mair.
The visitor's took the lead deep into time added on with Josh Davison heading home Tyler Reid's cross.
Marriott spurned an early chance after the break, putting the ball inches wide following a good move from Sonny Carey and King.
Mair made amends for his earlier error to deny substitute Max Kretzschmar in the box at point-blank range.
The introduction of Lozar on the hour mark turned the game. He scored two very similar goals in the space on six minutes.
A Sony Carey shot eventually found its way out to Loza who managed to find space despite the attention of three players to shoot across Ross and into the far corner.
With three minutes left to play Ross parried a free kick and once again Loza was on hand to find the far corner to claim the points.
