Quote from: Mallard on October 12, 2026, 11:41:58 AMListening to the Manager's post match interview it seems wasn't a great game but that just shows if you aren't bang  at it you keep a clean sheet and hope to sneak one.

Saturday's game this coming week will be interesting.  Take a point on the road any day of the week.  Even a narrow defeat is no shame.  A win ?  Well that would really have people sitting up and taking note.
Wasn't a good display, but still won. Definite penalty and very well taken, hit with power and would have been some save to keep it out. We don't look particularly comfortable playing the ball out from goal kicks and quickly got closed down. Seems to be tge way now though. Impressed with Ed Leach again, he is a very good player. Ross Crane looked good when he came on, good to have him back.
Merthyr's current form isn't that good, I think we will get a win there. Another clean sheet, so no need to change that area, not even Jones when he is back from suspension. Good attendance too, all looking good.

I absolutely agree. No rash decision making. Very consistent and along with his assistants were in full control all afternoon.

It was great to see the owner of the club and his kids in attendance and hopefully with a vital win and healthy attendance he can see how much this club means to so many.
