I'd just like to know what hold they have over Cleeve that means he has given control to TSI, even though he still owns 100% of the Club.

Also why TSI are really still here when there's no record (at least none being made available) of Cleeve or the Club actually owing them any money?

Both matters are strange individually, but put both matters together, and it all seems very bizarre.

Yes extremely bizarre, yet more intrigue and severe lack of clarity. For me "Community" and "Transparency" have to be mutually inclusive-what's to hide guys if your intentions are genuine ?
