Talk on another social media platform that Gyasi will be leaving.

Nothing confirmed.

At a guess, money (ie salary).

Highest bidder wins.

The one player who knows where the goal is. What's going on, who's going to score regularly now.

To let your leading goal scorer go out on loan would appear a poor decision. I had previously heard stuff about him whilst he was at Boston that would suggest he makes it difficult to fit in. You wouldn't just let your top goal scorer go, so I'm sure there is a reason and a plan in place.
I thought Marriott played well on Tuesday and I'm sure he will start scoring. We have Omotayo, Maja and Kamara, so still 4 forwards.
Tough game today, a draw would be a good result, although I think South Shields will win  with Blackett causing us problems.

From what I hear it's a good decision. I guess he would have been one of the top earners.

Cully won't take anything less than 100% from his players and that's the way it should be.

The added bonus of two going out on loan in last couple of days means it's freed some budget up for Cully to bring one of his own in.

Now there's a surprise Cully got shut of Michael when he was here last time but to get rid of your top scorer there must be something adrift that we aren't aware of

If it's for financial reasons why have they not sold him as having still pay 30% of his wages when loaning him out to a much bigger club seems rather strange.  If they want to cut costs there is a player in the squad rumoured to be on a hellva lot more than that

Trust money won't go far with those sort of wages. Is a player at step 2 really worth that amount ?
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

Funny thing is, as good as Michael Gyasi appears, he is never kept on by any club beyond 12 months

:scarf: If you look at MG's performance this season he was unstoppable in the first month of the season using his pace. Teams wise up quickly and they soon realised how to stop him! More often than not he kept being caught
offside or had 3 players surrounding him.
Wish him well but young DK could be the answer once he starts scoring as he showed he can be a handful last Tuesday night.
