The start of a more open, honest and inclusive future? Now that the necessary cloak and dagger stuff of takeover is at an end, let's certainly hope so.

I reckon Keiranuptoon must be on holiday.   :laughcry:

Him and a few others both  on here and Facebook

With the stunt that was pulled at The Trust meeting, will Bal be looking to replace part of the Media team?  :dontknow:

We'll have to wait and see.

Bal and Jo have to prove that before I'm personally convinced.

Fingers crossed.

And the drama continues 😏

As I've said previously, this course is the one that gives me the most hope going forward 😺

My only concern is that Cleeve just won't be able to restrict himself to his new job or control himself regarding the tone and content of his media use 🤫

After all, he didn't manage to last very long when he was asked to do so during the latter part of last season 🤐

It will be interesting to see what his new job  actually involves 🤔

And I do wonder why he's being allowed to continue having a role in the club at all. I believe that he is now a liability, rather than an asset going forward.

But I'm happy to be proved wrong 😁

Interesting times ahead that's for sure... :dontknow:

I thought my day was about to be made when i read the following....

'The deal, which is "subject to regulatory approval from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and other relevant regulatory bodies", will end chairman Cleeve's nine-year association with the Linnets.'

But there are still many unanswered questions, not least that Mr Cleeve will still be involved, albeit not operationally? What exactly does that mean? Additionally, operationally who will be the main man or woman? At times i think joining the magic circle might help me navigate through the smoke and mirrors.

As an aside, i am one of that lost generation of supporters who will not contemplate returning until such time that Mr Cleeve has moved on to his next project.

Looks like the good ole Norwich paper  swallowed it again from Cleeve just 48 short hours ago.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

I am also if the older brigade , I decided a couple of years ago to stop going . I didn't want my money going to Cleeve the crook. Will be delighted to go back if he is definitely gone

I guess James Rowe will now be installed as manager.  If so, much for him to sort out in the next month on, presumably, a much tighter budget. Unfortunately, still many questions to be answered as to the future of the club in general.

Rowe comes across well in opening interview with the Norwich paper.  Worth a read.
