I was reading about the history and ownership of the Mazuma Stadium - looks messy.

It may be beneficial that the Walks is owned by the council, but it was stated at the Trust meeting that there was no guarantee that, should the club go bankrupt, the council would lease it to any new club that emerged.
Was this scare-mongering or is it council policy?

A long list of failed businesses,  suspensions etc. Yet still fit & proper to own a football club  Would an independent regulator have stopped them.
