Good offer from the Club.  Seems like it's come form SC.  Have to wonder what he means he is relying on fans taking advantage of the deal to make the sums add up.   Gate would have to be around 4,000 to pull in the same amount of revenue.

Must be some kind of record where the  cost of the chips is more than 1.5 people's  admission charge.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

A Well Wisher

Another great initiative by the club to get people in. Club need to get this all over the town through the available channels and really hammer it home if they want as many people to turn up. Don't know what the target figure will be for this but surely it must be 1,500-2,000? As someone else has pointed out, there would need to be 4,000 coming in to get the same revenue as we would normally on a matchday but I highly doubt that is achievable considering the opposition (no disrespect to Oxford City) and the fact its a Tuesday night.

And if that target is met will we then see the club seriously look at making some adjustments to the entry? I've argued for a while that the entry should be the same if you sit or stand (£17 seems to be the average for this league) and concessions being £5 off the adult price (again, seems to be the standard for pretty much every other club in this league).

It's a great deal, but I might as well cut up my season ticket for all the value I got from it. Even buying it as early bird, I'm wondering just why I bothered 😕

And please spare me the old platitudes about "supporting the club" it doesn't wash with me I'm afraid. Simple maths, at a time when people's wallets are hurting, tells me a season ticket is simply a waste of money 😔

Complain, complain, complain. "Give me something because someone else has got something" i think it's lovely that the club are willing to make at least one game available to those who might need a small break.

I'm a season ticket holder and don't mind the offers as hopefully it'll attract new fans. Always the chance a club will do offers throughout the season. And it's half term so hopefully a really good crowd 👍

Moan moan moan.  Just because someone has a different view to you Upton it doesn't make their opinion any less valued.

You bought a season ticket this season.  All credit to you for that.  Think you said it was the  first time for a while you had done this.  How come you have not coughed up for one before being, such a loyal supporter  ?

Take your time. No rush.

:scarf: Here we go again more backbiting and moaning. He did this he did that, etc. Its  no wonder the club is disjointed. Surely the most important thing is however we pay we are supporting the club somehow.

I always buy a season ticket not because I think it's value for money has I miss several matches and yes I do it to show my commitment to my football team

All credit to you Malc.   Some maybe have to look closer at their pennies. So for them maybe it's not so great to see prices slashed after they have bought a season ticket ?
