Race for the play offs.
« on: March 25, 2025, 10:32:43 PM »
Spennymoor drag themselves back into contention for a play off place with a home win this evening.

They are now just 3 points behind the Linnets but have a game in hand. If they use this game to draw level on points, they have a plus 19 goal difference advantage.

All getting very tight and an interesting run in.

Looking at Saturdays fixtures on paper it looks like Lynn need to win and a favour from Chester v Curzon Ashton.

Fine ?  What’s he been up to this time ?   Would have thought the Club needs every penny for the run in to get to the play offs
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Apparently a £200 fine and a warning, for comments made on Social Media.

Social media facilitates an environment that encourages keyboard warriers to make comments online that they would think twice about saying 'face to face'.

I thought the bloke had stopped with his childish outbursts. Clearly I was wrong 🙄

Whoever's in charge these days needs to yank on his choke chain 🔗 and bring him back to heel 🤐

I really don't care if he wants to make a fool of himself, but when he continues to make a fool of the club, I draw the line 😾

Leopards and spots?

Unfortunately you're absolutely right 🐆⚫🐆⚫🐆⚫

Perhaps a hole 🕳️ would be more useful than spots under the circumstances...a very big hole... and quite deep, I should think 🤔 Hmm 🤨

Rod, I think these also apply : bears and woods, eels and buckets, sacks and monkeys.

Quite a repertoire, all in all, as Jo has discovered.

As it’s been nearly a year since SC gave us all the benefit of his wisdom via the medium of his podcast then he could up date us on the situation with regard to Jo and Bal.

Has anyone heard any ideas on what is happening with the structure of the Club ?  Maybe we will have to wait until the end of the season

Sorry, you are of course 100% correct.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Is Joe still around and helping Cleeve out?
