Two unbeaten teams going head to head. Chorley have made a great start to the season. Chorley had a 4-1 win at Hereford Saturday.  Have to think  Chorley will be favourites to take all 3 points in this one.  However with Lynn's impressive away form thus far we might nick something.

Heart telling me a draw head saying a narrow home win
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

Yes Mallard, Chorley will be favourites, as we were against Darlington I guess, but it doesn't always go that way. Imagine we would view a draw today as a good result. After watching both our home games, although we drew both, I feel we are good enough to win today and certainly shouldn't fear Chorley, or any team in this league, respect them yes of course. So impressed with Nyahwema, if he plays to his full potential he causes our opposing full backs (especially if he plays on the left I feel) so many problems.
For me this season it is more about enjoying the attacking style that James Rowe plays. I think with that results will be more favourable.

See lynn we're down to 10 men after 2 minutes ??

Looks like I was wrong when I said that I don't think Maja is going to contribute much to the team this season.....He's already "contributed" probably the quickest sending off in the clubs history!!
Down to 9 now as Chadwick has been sent off too!! JR is going to blow a fuse!!

DougJR

What on earth is going on?  Have we genuinely deserved the sendings off and bookings?  It seems quite amazing.

DougJR

We'll be lucky to escape with four or five goals in the circumstances.

4-0 something wrong somewhere....but where.

put this one to bed but keep this defeat in mind for the ultimate revenge when they come to the walks; A  certain martial art would say "no mercy" Merthyr another tough game but I think Lynn have to learn to find the net more now early days with a young side ;still learning to click together I predict 8th position at the end of season with a good potential next season

asked the ref Nigel he will give you the answer ; it is taking the Michael surely Lynn have got some discipline. to get 9 cards but perhaps a wake up call for Luke not to go walkies outside his area so often

With the amount of bookings and sending offs today, even without being at the game or seeing the highlights, discipline surely must be questioned today. :dontknow:

Let's not all get carried away with this result today.  Not a bad day at the office an awful.  It happens.

We have seen enough with this team that we are all about attack. Going down to 10 and then 9 will always be an issue.

Positives are despite a 4-0 drubbing we only drop from 7th to 8th.  Plus Rowe will fire these players up for next Saturday so look out Merthyr, you could be on the receiving end of a wounded animal.

Rowe hasn't gone from JR to a J Arthur overnight,

Whatever happened - one game doesn't define a season. It's still very early so we move on and hopefully regroup for the next game.

J R's usual post match interview could be an interesting one.
