Don't worry.  We're all guessing, but it will come out.  My own impression of him was that he is far too volatile to have stayed composed enough to keep a steady ship.  I hope that any new manager will get the job because his answers to interview questions are ideas and not cliches, his perception of the way to play rather than "physicality", "character", etc.  They all get sacked in the end!  Records in management or playing career are irrelevant - Gerrard, Rooney, Lampard,  Neville, etc are testament to that!

Ferguson, Clough. 😂

I just hope whoever gets the job doesn't look to rip up the playbook and start again.   A lot of ingredients seem to be there.  Maybe an experienced old hand at the back wouldn't go amiss.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

Dean seems destined to become Lynn Manager sooner or later, so I'll go with him on this occasion.
Question everything!

Could we please have a dull moment or perhaps an hour or two.

Didn't you have enough of that watching last season?

I'm not as convinced as some that the current "Rowe" team is much better than last season's squad.  There are one or two better players, and a team trying to win games rather than pinch them, but we need a couple of skilful midfielders and another potential goalscorer, dare I say a nipster in the box!

In fairness, finding a goal scorer is probably the most difficult, and expensive, position to fill.

It's no good just getting someone in that's "adequate". He will need to be one of the top for this level, or it will be pointless.

I'm sure that this is top of the agenda at the moment.

We were spoilt over the years with duo's like Defty/ Bloomfield then later Gash/Marriot.

Apparently at the game on Saturday with Bal and Backie.

My latest theory.

Joe gets the job with Robinson filling some sort of other footballing role. He has more experience and success with Academies than managing.

Bal's not exactly a footballing man, so Club needs more experience in this area.

Good fit? I'd go with it.
