Reading this forum you would think that everything relating to the Club is a disaster and made worse by people who want to spread misinformation and paint the picture black.
There is also an unhealthy obsession with Cleeve and a desperate attempt to convince people he still owns the Club based on the fact that is what companies house states at the moment. What if the share transaction has taken place and these records are just not upto date. Perhaps there should be some caution in boldly proclaiming Cleeve is still the owner.
I havent seen any comment from Cleeve himself saying he is still the owner and based on his track record would have though he would be shouting it to the press.
Why some people look to discredit the Club as fans we should remember that its better to have a Club than not and it will only succeed with everyone going in the same direction.
Good luck to the lads tomorrow night they deserve a result.

Simple answer to one of the questions is that the Trust would inform their members if the share transaction had already taken place. Or has it been done and Bal is exerting his influence over the Trust again to delay the release of information for some reason?

Where else would you look for this information other that Companies House? Its what it's there for! Its there so people can see who they are actually dealing with and who are behind the Companies involved and not have to rely on any fairy stories that some may wish to get out there (for whatever reason). Sorry if that doesn't fit your narrative but that's just the way it is. Its all in the public domain for a reason!

I suppose you could use the Club itself as a source of information. This is their stance on the matter today:

"Lynn F.C. Ltd is 100% owned by Blue and Gold Holdings Ltd, company Reg No 07102863.

The shares in Blue and Gold Holdings Ltd are owned 67% by Stephen Cleeve and 33% by Polina Cleeve".

Why bring whats Cleeve said (or not said) about it? That's just a deflection tactic. Nobody has said that Cleeve is claiming he still owns the Club! I think people would rather read things from an Official Government Source than take notice of what him or Bal have to say on the subject anyway.

What do you suggest? Wait for the Club to say something?  :laughcry:  What a waste of time that will be!

"Paint a black picture"? I can't see anyone doing that, just some are pointing out the incompetency that  some Supporters appear to believe they have been subjected to recently.

"On this forum"? Same story on all Social Media platforms, so that tells you something. I believe the term "Sh*t show" was used on Twitter. Although some may think it, that terms hasn't been used on here.

So Mr Truthful, with your inside information.

If the share transaction has already taken place, when did that occur? Why wasn't News of it released by the Club? Surely that would be a massive thing to celebrate! If its already been done and there's a delay at Companies House, why would that stop the Club from releasing such news?

By the way, some people on these social media platforms deal with matters such as share transactions on a daily basis. They would know if there was currently any hold up being experienced by Companies House.

Of course, an inaccurately submitted form could delay things but you wouldn't be able to blame another party for that.

Or maybe you would!
Question everything!

I feel many were hoping that when Jo and his sidekick Bal came onboard we would see an upgrade on Cleeve. Sadly many feel they have seen nothing to support that.

As for Cleeve not being involved he seemed happy sitting in the Directors box at the Darlo game earlier in the season and tell their Board how it was just a sideways move for him at the Club. 🤷♂️
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

Basically he's said without realizing, that himself the coaching staff and the players got outwitted by far more experienced managers and opponents on the pitch. We need experience and leadership both on and off the pitch. No win since August. Not good enough.

Have you watched the Radcliffe manager's interview where he, realising it, says that he was out-witted by Joe's set-up from the off?

I spoke to Mr Cleeve at a match a few weeks ago. I thanked him for all he has done and shook his hand.

I also asked him to leave with dignity.

He said he has dignity which is why he wasn't responding to any of it, and that all the things being said on social media were lies and "fake news".

But I do wonder if he has been "gagged" by Bal/Jo/TSI as he was once before.

To his credit he managed it for a while, but suddenly started his famous four-page programme rants and hit out on media and social media.

Is keeping quiet a price he has to pay for continued involvement in the club, in whatever capacity ?

Yes.   Good to see the considered view of someone very much 'in the game'.
