Is that really all they can do ? I beg to differ.  They can also be unhappy with the pup they were sold at the start of the season.

Nice of you to show your concern for ' my 'ole sparring partner' not seen him in a while but as I understand it is health is improving and waiting for an op.

As for any snippets of info I get then let's just say you would be a little shocked where they come from. Much higher up the food chain.  Most of of what I hear I can't even be bothered to to post about.

Marionette or whatever that's fine with me. As for this Puppet Master as I understand his strings are regularly pulled.

Gepp tell me what do you think of the job Bal has done this season ?  He ast one for you there. Mirror Mirror on the wall.

Let's hope for a win Saturday, in front of a big crowd.  Last payday of the season
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

Worst score for us tonight, would be a 1-0 win for Hereford over Oxford City.

Not too sure about that, Hereford still have to play Peterborough Sports plus two games against mid-table teams with nothing to play for (Marine & Radciffe) so not unreasonable to expect them to pick up enough points to go above us.  Oxford on the other hand will really be in trouble if they don't get anything from tonight with games against Chester and Darlington to come.  Personally I would be happy with a Hereford 1-0 win this evening, looks like going down to the final weekend either way

My point, Tony, is the score, not the result. If Hereford can win by two or more, Oxford go below us. Just a one goal win means Oxford stay above us and Hereford gain 3 points on us. A lose, lose situation.

So, the way I see it after tonight is this.
Alfreton have to win their last two games to have any chance of staying up.
Hereford have to win at least two of their last three, even if we don't pick up another point. IF we can win on Saturday, Hereford would need to win all three of their last games to catch us. It's also possible that we may not the ones for the drop even if they do.

All the above takes account of the goal difference for all three teams.

I know we all sat at home looking at the two games that affect us. That was all out of our hands, we quite simply need to win on Saturday against Chorley. If we do that, we have a really good chance of staying in the NLN. Buxton then either win or draw with Curzon. Last day Curzon play Alfreton.
What line up would you pick v Chorley, surely it's got to be a very attacking one.

If we had shown as much fight as we did in the second half on Saturday we would not be odds on for relegation

Marriott although of course not at his peak adds so much to the game with his hold up play. movement off the ball and fantastic awareness. Any forward learning the game should just watch him
