Why would Bal want him around at all? Officially or unofficially, directly connected to the Club or otherwise? What will he bring to the Club? More importantly, what damage could be done to the Club?

Even the new shareholding Trust have said they won't part with any money while he's still involved.

I think it's fair to say that many do wonder why Bal is keeping him on. Has he still got some kind of hold over them?

Such information leaks, be they based on fact or pure drivel are most unwelcome I would have thought-I wouldn't be surprised if there was a thorough investigation to find the source of this one.
