General Discussion / Forum feedback

For those of us unable to attend the fans' forum, some feedback would be appreciated from those present. The main points and any useful info about the coming season. Thanks.

Will there be a live link to the forum as on the previous occasion?

I see a new media team line-up has just been announced. Perhaps a first job would be to keep the website etc up-to date! The squad and Our People sections needs serious attention.

Perhaps this will be the opportunity to finally find out the position regarding Gyasi? Let's hope for a good attendance and lots of searching questions. I live in Leicestershire so a live stream would be appreciated. I hope the Trust will be represented. I am keen to know how things are developing with the owners.

Looks like Lynn have a manager prepared to talk directly to the local press rather than the diluted stuff via the club's official channel. Adam Lakeland may not have pleased some fans but he was always ready to face the local media. Paul Caddis comes out with some very interesting opinions and appears focused on the big job facing him. Now let's hope he gets the right financial backing. Well worth reading.

It's all very well issuing a statement apologising , now we need to see action to put things right. A quick decision on the managerial positions is needed so the playing squad can start to be assembled (full time or part time?). Supporters have the right to know what is going. A good start would be for the owners to face the local media, who will no doubt ask some tough questions. The Trust should be involved - is it being consulted or was the move to embrace it just a PR exercise? Lynn should be challenging at the top end of the table not scrapping for survival.

Well done to the Lynn News and the EDP for highlighting the problems facing The Linnets this season and the many unanswered questions of where do we go from here. The continued lack of transparency from the club over many issues is a real concern, especially as the new era came in with the promise of better communication between club and supporters.
It's time for the man in charge and the Trust to face the press and give some honest answers and an idea of what happens next.

It's hard to understand why Lynn would allow their leading scorer and, at the time, their best performer leave on loan in the first place. I assume there must have been some issue behind the scenes.Hopefully, Mallard's right and he returns and comes up with some much needed goals.

Pleased to see the club appointing new media men promptly. Perhaps they could tell us where Gyasi and Williams are and update the playing squad on the website. It just looks so unprofessional when players who have moved on are still listed. And this website should definitely remain independent. Well done to admin for keeping it going.

What has happened to the promise of keeping supporters informed of what is going on at the club? Will the media pair be replaced? And on the football side, does anyone know whether Gyasi and Theo Williams are still Lynn players? The website player pen pics are hopelessly out of date. Still massive room for improvement on keeping us informed and unlikely to get better if the media pair are not replaced.

Well done and thank you to those providing feedback. Can anyone enlighten me as to what is wrong in the main stand?
