In Lynn we of course talk proper but just 10 miles or so into Lincolnshire they speak 'northern'. Clearly the FA are unaware of this and keep putting us in the North division. Let down again by the authorities.

I remember Ken Gadsby when he used to train us boys at Catleugh in the early-mid 70's. He was rather a portly chap in his 60's by then (a bit like myself now) but I was far too young to appreciate his background and skills. It was the highlight of the week for me and many others.

Yes, it was a poor game. Very scrappy. Far too much kick and rush, hoofing up field to the big man and head tennis. Lynn were the better side and at times did try to play 'proper football'. However a win is a win and that's all that's needed at this stage of the season. Needham have a nice little ground with friendly staff. I wish them well next year.

Well done Lynn. Points on the board again. So much better than where we were last year this time.

Well played ,especially against a side who would have only been a point behind us if we had lost.
