If we start talking about players having jobs outside of football then we start fishing in a completely different pool.

As for the blame game Manager are always quick to put out mistakes made by officials.  Like they are anything different to anyone else.  Managers are very cautious though to call out a player who has given away a goal, missed that golden chance.  To easy to shift the blame onto the officials.  They are an easy target.

Maybe with what AL was able to put on the bench yesterday ( not a game changer in sight) then where does he lay the blame for that one.?
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about ?

I suppose it could be said that if a club is serious about promotion, they should never find themselves in that position.

Therefore, IF there are people to "blame" the shortlist is, well, Short!
Question everything!

Perhaps it's Joe's fault?

But to me the whole idea of promotion seems ridiculous......with the greatest respect to the team who have developed a great team spirit and are managing to grind out some decent results, the squad is miles away from what would be required to stay in the NL and the structure and finances seem light years away ....and there's the rub.....what are the club looking to achieve?

Only one or possibly two men can answer your question?

I'd still like to know what Joe's actual intention is, or what he has to gain from King's Lynn. Any ideas?

You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

Or maybe you can ????

The commentator on SS Radio said at half-time KL had only managed one shot at goal throughout, and that went wide.  However many wins or draws we manage to "grind out", it is obvious we have a poor team that can only hope to stay at this level as their current ambition.  I don't know what is the matter with the club.  We're still about the only club at this level with no stand behind the goals.  Progress over the decades has been hopeless.... The patience of the fans, albeit the dwindling number, is surprising.  But we all still live in hope.....

:shark: At last Kitty has hit the nail on the head. We are swimming like goldfish in a bowl of sharks and ambition has overtaken reality. In all truths relegation may have been our saviour instead of becoming debt ridden and requiring bailing out by "Joe".
Supporter numbers are not good enough for this league to support the continued playing at this level. There are several other teams at this level who's support is on a par or worse than KL, how long can they continue?
