You're asking supporters of a Club that apparently still has substantial debts itself, so I would guess any spare money will be heading into clubs coffers rather than elsewhere.  :dontknow:

Please explain what's caused your current problems. If supporters are aware, I would guess you are more likely to get a positive result.

Good luck.

Accies

Hi.

Was unaware of your club's predicament so apologies and sorry to hear that you're in trouble.

Accies are because of really bad decisions at boardroom level. The latest is we're borrowing money, likely because those who were previously financing the club (and who has always withheld their identity) has stopped doing so, which was the final straw for our manager who resigned last week because players were only paid at five to midnight the night before a match.

Our owner and current DOF (now our ONLY director) have been deemed by the Scottish FA to be 'unfit and proper' to run the club, so were banned, the DOF only still being allowed to make decisions because he lodged a right to appeal, a meeting relating to that which happened yesterday but we don't yet know the outcome.

He and the owner were banned relating to an accumulation of cases; repeated non-payments, illegal payments made to trialists and amateur players who aren't allowed to be paid, doing away with the club academy so we lost our Bronze Licence (which all SPFL clubs need) and concerns for child welfare. The illegal payments led to a loss of 6 points this season but we had already had 15 points deducted and were fined last season because of a supposed admin error incorrectly stating we owned our ground (which we don't) and the non-payments, relegating us.

We moved out of our ground in the summer because apparently the stadium company who lease it were asking for too much money, a decision which the vast majority of our fanbase weren't consulted about. We're now playing home games 20 miles away in front of crowds of 400, which for a full time club who are apparently paying some players four figure sums per week is totally unsustainable. As you may gather, there's a lot of unknowns, but our fans aren't told what's happening.

That's the current board. Previous ones weren't that interested in talking either, or promoting the club in the local area. They did get us to the top flight to be fair and time after time we avoided relegation but the crowds were terrible and dropped once we dropped.

Anyway, good luck to you and the rest of your fans in saving your club. :)

Hi all,

Just a quick update;

Accies have a new owner! Rob Edwards of Morley Sports Management Group. He also owns Haverfordwest County A.F.C. of the Welsh Premier League.

Thanks to anyone who has donated to the fundraiser.

:)
