A little knowledge may be dangerous, but knowing nothing while thinking you know it all is far worse.

Somewhat defensive and indirectly making the case for part time at this level?

Got to be good enough for this level ?  How would he describe the likes of Williams who he signed a few months back ?  There must be better central defenders out there than Josh Coulson.  Coulson has been real decent throughout his career but time stands still for no man
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

My thoughts exactly. He must be under considerable pressure, from himself as well as the Chairman/Bal/Jo.

Maybe I'm missing something blindingly obvious but just imagine had the club treated Fletcher Toll differently, wouldn't it have made much more sense having him filling the 'Williams role', giving Fletcher development opportunities coming off the bench, with the additional benefit of a significant cost saving perhaps?

Tends to avoid using our Acadamy Players .In that respect don't seem to have replaced Alex Cross as head of the Acadamy

I hope he's got a more positive approach towards the players at training than he has when doing his interviews

Apparently Sports are very keen on him.

Unsurprising. Being coached by Michael Gash would make good sense?
