Season Tickets
« on: June 06, 2025, 12:38:43 PM »
Season tickets now released with all the details here - https://www.kltown.co.uk/2025/06/06/a-new-era-begins/

Highlights - adult standing £295 or £249 if purchased before 23rd June and still have the premium seating which I know will upset a few.  For those who don't want a season ticket tickets the club are going down the advance purchase discount route so adult, so prices are up by £1 on last year or down £1 if you purchase before the day of the game so expect a lot less queues at the ticket office on matchdays.

I find that a strange route to take.

Certainly won't encourage the casual supporter or someone not able to commit to going until the actual day of the game.

As with all things, time will tell.

Really? I thought it meant prices are down by £1 on last year's if you buy in advance.
If you buy on the day there is an increase of £2 and therefore an £1 increase on what you would have paid last year.

Of course, the obvious thing would be to give the pricing rather than refer to last year.

Are the U23s no longer playing at Newmarket?

I assume season tickets do not cover pre-season friendlies?

I am a irregular attender as I don't drive at night and buses dont run and therefore no evening attendance. I also like the spontanuity of making my mind up on the day whether to attend. I do attend some away games and looking forward to Buxton away which will be £10 for a seat cash on the gate!!

Nemesis, you are right re the 'on the day' price and I have amended my original post.

The early, early bird price of £249 looks a good offer, equating to only needing to get to 14 games to be up on the deal against the pre-booked rate.  Having re-read the article it looks there are two early bird rates 23rd June and 21st July so still an opportunity for those getting paid at the end of the month to take advantage of a discounted rate.

As long as they don't discount tickets later in the season again.

For me it works out at under £13.  So decent value that.  How much is standard admission on the day for next season with the 2 quid increase?

Will just have to pack sandwiches and bring a flask
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

I've also gone for the Adult +

I do have last years home and away shirts - so hopefully the 25/26 shirts are going to differ a little bit

What a revelation with this extremely generous price structure, especially after years of being well over priced and the continual begging bowl. Got my season ticket as soon as I read this post. If this is a sign of the times, good luck to the new administration team.

Like I said lets judge the new setup which is in its infancy by what they do and what a start with the complete review and pricing of season tickets showing how they want to move forward with all supporters on board. Always disappointing to see the odd negative comment such as ticket discounting later in the season mentioned to undermine the good news. Lets keep moving forward and get behind what we all want a successful Club on and off the pitch

Absolutely, I didn't see the discounting posts as being particularly negative as recently there has been more proactive approach which has included targeted discounting where applicable and again is to be welcomed as often there were also 'deals' of some sort offered to season ticket holders too, surely the new era offer is good enough to allow for the odd bit of flexibility later in the season?
