I believe them both to be contracted players, and yes, you would like to think some sort of fee would be received.

Presumably they've got at least 120k available to fund Adam and Sam.

Good spot. It does needs to be regularly updated.

I do wonder if Mark Hearle will fancy trying to get back on board the Media team once Cleeve is removed completely from the picture. 

Also, under "our people" on club website, Bal is showing as CEO again, but there's no mention of Stephen Cleeve.

I was under the impression that a position had been made at the club for him.
